There are 2 preferred methods of shipping that are 100% guaranteed:

  1.  USPS Priority is also an option at checkout. 
  2. Products are packed in insulated bags with dry ice

  • Products are not guaranteed with this option
  • We suggest only using this option during cold weather months

Digital Products 

Digital products are instantly available upon purchase via
the DOWNLOAD NOW button after purchase.

We will also email you a link to download at a later dat

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, the frozen products are not eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to accept the order that contains the frozen products (on time, any delay caused by the customer will not eligible for a refund(frozen products only).

For any other food items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must be unopened and in its original
condition. If the order is refused on delivery, it is not eligible for a refund.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
