It's 5 o'clock somewhere and while our parents might have added an extra shot to their dry martini back in the day, we are getting wise to the detriments of alcohol and in tune with the benefits of the mocktail. With some basic ingredients to keep on hand, you can always have the right mocktail to fit your needs.
In this post, we'll cover:

- Cherry Pop (wind down & support cortisol)

- Marg-ie (the most sharable mocktail)

Ingredients
- 1 Cutie Orange, peeled
- 2 oz Pineapple
- 8 oz Coconut Water
- 1 Tbsp Canned Coconut Milk
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt
Directions | Blend everything but the salt in a blender with ice as desired until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and top with salt. Optional: Wet the rim of your glass with water and dip the rim into the sea salt for a Marg feel.
CHERRY POP
Ingredients
- 4 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 8 oz Soda Water (Topo Chico is my favorite)
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 tbsp Canned Coconut Milk
- Optional: Scoop of Magnesium Powder
Directions | In your glass of choice, combine the tart cherry juice with the coconut milk and squeeze of lime. If you’re using magnesium add it here and mix well. Pour in the soda water and stir lightly. Add more lime juice is desired. TIP: If you have a frother, froth the coconut milk first before pouring into the glass.
HOLD MY NUTS
Ingredients
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 oz Simple Syrup (I prefer honey simple syrup, but you do you boo)
- 3 oz Mineral Water
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Directions | In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice and ginger. Blend on high for 30 seconds then strain into your glass of choice. Add the turmeric, simple syrup and soda water, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
MARG-IE
Ingredients
- 4 oz Frozen Mango
- 2-4 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Ritual Zero Proof Tequila (optional)
- Juice of ½ Lime, plus a round or wedge to garnish
- ¼ Jalapeno seeds removed, plus a slice for garnish (optional)
- Coarse Sea Salt
Directions | In a blender, combine the mango, orange juice, Ritual Zero (optional), lime juice and ¼ jalapeno (optional), 2-4 oz ice as desired. Blend smooth. Rim your glass with salt and pour Marg-ie into the glass. Garnish with lime and jalapeno.
