Here is a quick and easy recipe to make Chicken Tikka Masala. Your tastebuds will thank you!
Ingredients:
Tikka Masala Flavor Bomb
1-2 LBS Boneless Chicken Thighs
1.5 Cups Jasmin Rice
Naan or Flatbread
1 Thai Chili (optional)
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips.
Heat a large pot with lid, over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the chicken and brown lightly.
Once chicken is brown, pour in the Tikka Masala Flavor Bomb. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover and set a 25 minute timer.
Cook the Jasmine rice.
Slice the Thai Chili thinly.
Warm the naan or flatbread.
Once timer is done, remove lid and separate the chicken making sure it is cooked through at 165 degrees.
Fill bowls with rice and Chicken Tikka topped with chili and a side of naan.
