I mean between goat yoga, coffee meditation, kids soccer, up-cycling and your new hobby rescuing fish from the water, you've got so much going that sometimes you forget where you put your “nuts” leaving you in a rush to fill in the gaps. But does that really matter when you bring pure joyous energy to everything you do? Nope, it doesn’t. Though you do sometimes feel pinched for meals with everything else on your schedule and it might be nice to have some new “nuts” ready to make meal time easier.
Let’s create some time and space to connect with those you love, cut your time wondering what you’ll do for dinner and put a mocktail in your hand that you’re going to want to share.

Before we dive into the food stuff, let’s start this party off with an evening mocktail that is a perfect pairing with the 5 minutes you need to breath before diving into your evening routine. It’s amazing what some concentrated nutrients in a pretty glass will do to your mind and body.
Hold my Nuts
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 oz Simple Syrup (I prefer honey simple syrup, but you do you boo)
- 3 oz Mineral Water
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Directions | In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice and ginger. Blend on high for 30 seconds then strain into your glass of choice. Add the turmeric, simple syrup and soda water, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Let me tell you about the ultimate game changer; a weekly meal service. A meal service, ours if you’re in our area, or one close to you, can save you money, time and mental load.
Take 5 minutes the previous week to select lunches, dinners and treats to fill in to your meal plan for the week. Looking at your schedule and choosing a pre-prepared dinner for those super busy stressful nights and ready-to-eat lunches on those days that you are non-stop can help make sure everyone (including you) get the nutrients you need to be at your best. Lift the mental load of planning, shopping and prepping for every meal next week.
